Re: AFCON
Former Hammer Sofiane Feghouli got 128 minutes in 2 sets of 64. He did not appear in todays game

Said Benrhama got 52 minutes, 7 minutes in the 2nd game and 45 today.

As I remember it Sofiane Feghouli was very ordinary, in fact I can remember very little about him. He came from Valencia who had given up with him and left of a free ending up at Galatasaray.

Algeria's coach is a bloke called Djamel Belmadi who had a chequered career at club level, never really settling anywhere.

It's a real concern that our valuable assets are left in the charge of a complete cock-womble no nothing cunt.

Thank God he gave Said so few minutes, could have ended up crocking him.

They are on the way out. What an utter shitshow they've had.

Good news for us RE Benrahma though.

Mali managers press conf was interupted by tournament officials stating they will go out and play the remaining 3 mins of stoppage time but with the 4th official being ref

Mali then walk out on to field of play, Tunisia refuse as they believe they can get game replayed

Tournament officials award Mali the win.....which may now be 3-0!

Ian Wright spent time moaning and campaigning for the tournement to be broadcasted. What game was he at sunday?

twoleftfeet 5:33 Wed Jan 12
Re: AFCON
They reckon he played 6 minutes less time than he should have.

He blew his whistle in the 89th. During the second half there were 2 VAR checks and a drinks break.

Clearly fixed.

Re: AFCON
This is the worst tournament ive ever seen

10 games in only 1 game has seen BTTS and was the only game to see more than 1 goal. Mental

Re: AFCON
Gave 2 dodgy penalties.
Blew up for full time in the 85th minute.
Realised his error so carried on the game.
Then sent someone off for an innocuous-looking challenge.
And then blew for full time in the 89th minute.

A Premier League manager in the making.

Strong start from my Nigerian brethren.

With the weight of my fiver on their backs to win the tournament, they'll soon fall apart.

Standard is generally fairly wank, but normally some great value dives and rolls.

I shall forward your remarks to Ian Wright, he thinks anyone who doesn’t follow it or give it the respect it deserves is a racist ✊✊

Re: AFCON
I feel like this is played every year, and for that reason alone, I'm out. It's baffling as to why this can't be scheduled in June or July like the tournaments for every other federation

Re: AFCON
Is there any reason why somebody with no connections to Africa (being rinsed by a Nigerian doesn't count) should show the slightest interest in this tournament?

OK - it's football - but the women also play football now and I'm less than interested in that, too.

6 games in a row under 2.5 goals

Next game Egypt v Nigeria under 2.5 is 2/5 !!!

Match fixing anyone? well if it was going to happen in a tournament would probably be the AFCON
